- If you are an existing Telecom mobile customer in contract or a new customer signing up to a term contract and you disconnect early you will be subject to early disconnection fees.
- Prices are available only to customers who are current members of EMA.
- Voicemail is charged at 17c excluding GST per call.
- $0.28 per minute calling does not apply to calls to 0900, international calls, calls made while roaming, premium and special numbers.
- Team Rate is for members with 3 or more mobiles on the same account number only.
- 1Included minutes apply to calls to any Telecom mobile in NZ or any standard national landline at any time. Included national minutes do not apply to calls to 0900, international calls, calls made while roaming, premium and special numbers. Unused included minutes do not carry over from billing month to billing month
- 2Free Calling to Frequently Called Numbers applies to all national calls made from a mobile under the same customer number on a Business Association Zero plan or Business Share Plan (leader and sharers) to a nominated Frequently Called Number.
