Scouting Wellington
Orb -The Terrace is proud to be working with Scouting Wellington to help make a positive difference to the lives of the youth of the greater Wellington region.
The mission of the Scout Association is to help young people to develop and use their abilities for the betterment of themselves, their families and the community in which they live.
The Association fulfils this mission by encouraging the physical, mental, social and spiritual development of young people so that they may take a constructive place in society.

Orb The Terrace & Orb High St initiated the sponsorship relationship between Orb Communications and the Woman’s Refuge. It was working so well that this is now a national Orb initiative for all the branches to support.
What do we do?
Recycling old phones for use by women coming to Refuge with a $5 prepaid credit – they can literally be a lifeline
What should you do?
Encourage your business network/connections to get behind the Women’s Refuge by donating your old working mobile phones.
