If you’re not happy with your XT experience, return the mobile or T-Stick within 30 days and in good working order (with its packaging and proof of purchase) to where you purchased it. We’ll then give you a refund on the amount you paid for the mobile or T-Stick, any monthly plan charges*, as well as monthly charges for any Text Extras, Data Extras or My Favourites you’ve signed up to.

Terms & Conditions:
- Excludes all additional minutes, texts or data charges above your mobile monthly plan or Extra allocation.
- Excludes casual data or standard text charges if no Extra is chosen.
- Excludes chargeable downloaded content.
- You can claim a refund once for each connection you make under the risk free trial. However, once you make a claim, you cannot make any further connections to XT for three months and, after that, any subsequent connections will not be eligible for the risk free trial.
- Account credits (if any) will not be available if you get a refund under the risk free trial.
- Early disconnection fees (if applicable) will apply if you end your existing CDMA contract early to take up this offer.
