TiVo® content metered?
If you are not a Telecom Broadband customer you will not enjoy the benefits of unmetering, or be able to access On-Demand content. The TiVo service uses only a very small amount of data, and it will not have a notable impact on your monthly broadband download quota.
This leaves your broadband data allowance free for online tasks, whether it's email, web surfing, gaming, music or whatever takes your fancy. Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy your TiVo media device without worrying about your broadband data limits.

Do I need a wireless router?
Yes, you need a wireless router connected to your broadband internet service.
Is the TiVo Wireless Adaptor a wireless broadband service?
No, unlike some adaptors which access the internet directly, the TiVo Wireless Adaptor can only access your wireless home network. Your own router and modem give your TiVo media device access to the internet.
